What the 2003 TL be like ?
No one mentioned the two (or 3) things that EVERYONE seems to be adding after their purchase--springs and anti-sway bars, with improved rubber. I think Acura miscalculated these aspects of the formula more than anything else with the original concept. It would be nice to see some real improvement there. I think these, more than anything, would inspire sport-sedan shoppers to move back towards the TLS (not that I think that's good, now that I've got mine). But RWD would be my second choice.
I don't mean to make things complicated... but what about this for a line up... the regular TL (I guess you can call it the "classic"), the TL Type-S, AND the TL Type-R!!! The Type-R would have all those things mentioned, like the sway bars, extra "horses", perhaps 18" wheels... stick shift etc. etc..... Of course, all these things would add up in $$$ so it would be a VERY limited production... for those who are welling to pay.
Okay.... is it just me? Or does it seem like the two back doors seem a lot lighter? As if they wanted to cut cost... and took some material out. Go shut the front door, then a back door, and you can just hear the difference... That kinda bothers me a little.
