Wet Carpet on Passanger Side

I was cleaning the car this weekend when I pulled out both my front and rear passanger mats. I noticed moisture on the rubber backs of them. Then I felt the carpet and it was wet in the area around the passanger seat. I checked underneath and didn't look like any body plugs are missing. The front sunroof drains are clear. Couldn't find the back ones. No windshield has been replaced in over 2 years.

Anyone run into this issue? I see that some the MDX's have the same problem. Anyone know where the rear sunroof drains are leaking. It doesn't look like it's a sunroof issue. It looks to be coming from under the car, altough who really knows. This sucks!

If your sunroof drain tubes are clear, could it be the AC system?? I'm not 100% certain but I believe the AC lines run along the passenger side.

I checked the AC drain tube and it appears clear. There's got to be a leak from under the car? I've seen a couple others post this. Anyone have a solution?
