Weird noise coming from left wheel since changing brakes...
Ever since i changed my brakes,i've been getting this "squeaking" sound coming from my FL wheel but only when i turn the wheel to the right. And since i put my winter tires on with the original mags,it's louder and it tics, again only when i turn the wheel to the right.

Take wheel off and inspect that every thing is tight and nothing is loose or rubbing. Makse sure the brake pads are seated properly.

did you clean and lube the slider tab ends on the bracket and grease the pad backs and tab end bits? without that nothing is moving right
get the wheel off and inspect- pull the caliper and pads to inspect wear pattern
Did you flush the brake fluid? If not there may be crud in the caliper causing danger to seals inside and weird problems, it gets shaken up with caliper removal
bleed flush order is special LF driver front then clockwise- LF RF RR LR
