Weird Electrical Issues - Navi + Windows

Okay - so I disconnected a lot of stuff today trying to clean my intake manifold.... see THIS THREAD.

I was unable to get it accomplished and put everything back together. I turn on the car, and I see this screen on my nav:

I followed the instructions, and it didn't work. Also, the driver auto up and down window feature doesn't work. I pulled the nav circuit breaker and the clock backup fuse just to see. The car is off now, and I'm going to leave it off while I eat. I've NEVER seen this screen before. Not sure what to do.

Any ideas? And the window thing is just odd too.

Just an update: Everything is back working. For some odd reason, the auto down/up on the driver window didn't work until the car cycled on and off a couple of times. The Navi is working just fine, so all is good. Not sure what caused this - especially the window thing.... that just baffled me.

But yeah - all is good!

when the nav is without power for several minutes, it needs to relocate itself-
thats the warning screen you saw--
park outside a few minutes with engine running and it will be ok

Yea, the same thing happened to me when I was changing my low beams. I had the battery disconnected for over an hour. I got that screen, which fixed itself after I parked outside. I remember reading something about parking it in a basement garage?

As for the auto windows, the same thing happened to me as well. I started to worry, as I didn't think the auto function would be suspended by a battery disconnect. However, sure enough, it came back after a couple days.
