Post weight in trunk/2002 3.2tl

Can anyone tell me if the 3.2tl will be okay with around 200 lbs. of weight in the trunk
all the time? This would be catalogs and product samples? Some cars have auto-leveling which solves this problem. Can special shocks or springs be added? I do not want the rear end sagging. All the dealers give no help whatsoever here.
Please help!

there was a section in our manuals that explained in detail what you can carry in terms of weight and towing.

id try to avoid it. i bet it'll be years before you notice a difference, but still

a while ago at work i had to put a few heavy boxes in the trunk. i quickly thought about the same concerns you had and decided to wait until i left to load up the trunk

I seem to recall a total weight of 850 pounds, including driver/passengers. Deduct the 200 or so pounds of trunk material, then decide who you want to lunch with!

200 pounds!? That's one big guy right there inside your trunk! Or two petite gals! I swear your ride is going to look slammed from the rear!!

Oh BTW, I don't recommend it. Your tires will wear out unevenly. And you'll be able to carry less passengers in your car.

Facts: (Owners manual page 156)
The maximum load for your car is 850 lbs (395 kg).

This figure includes the total weight of all occupants, cargo, acessories, ...
