Warped rotors? alignment?

Warped rotors? alignment?
Hi all,
I need your help.
I haven't driven my car in a very long time and when I finally decided to take it out after a long winter, noticed that the steering wheel vibrates when I am going 40 and up. Also the car pull right. I didn't hit anything big potholes recently to say that it has to be alignment.
What can it be? jammed caliper? warped rotors??
