Warmer weather + IM & TB spacers

I installed the IM & TB spacers in January when it was an average of 40deg out. While I felt a bit of a gain after the install, now that Spring has arrived, and the temperates are between 60-70... I feel more. Is this just a placebo or is there some truth to the spacers having more of an effect in warmer temperatures? Thoughts?

I would say that when it was cold out, the spacers weren't doing as much of a job as they could since the outside air temp would keep the engine relatively cool. However, as the ambient air temp rises, the engine temp rises. Here is where the spacers can work more. So the power that you "lose" due to engine heat increase is decreased with the spacers.

dunno if its just me, but we've had some nice 50-60 degree nights here in new england past few weeks and my car seems to be way more aggressive at those times. i had my spacers installed during winter, didnt really notice much. we'll see once we hit the 90s haha
