Want to add shock sensors to existing stock alarm

Hey guys,

I'm kinda strapped for cash, and as of now, I'm putting my money more towards engine and cosmetics of the car (Intake, tints, springs, etc...). I wouldn't mind though installing a cheap dual stage shock sensor, just to stop those stupid kids from messing around with my car. I have been told many ppl on this forum have tapped into their stock alarm, and it only cost them like 20 bux for this mod.

Can someone give me very detailed instructions on the install and what materials are required?

Also, if someone knows a good place in Toronto for alarm installs, i would appreciate it.

thanks

Save your time and skip this mod. I've done it, and IMO it's a waste of time. I have mine set underneath the steering wheel and nothing short from the windshield breaking would set the alarm off (even @ the most sensitive setting). If you HAD to do a cheap mod, get accent rings instead.

i installed a shock sensor on my car and it works great. if i hit the windshield the alarm goes off. if i kick the tire pretty hard it goes off too.. u get the point

i paid like 10$ for it too.. pretty cheap but if i was you id put 2 of them.. one up front and the other one in the back. better/larger protection

install is very easy. here's a link:
