whats up all aroud 12AM on RT 46 in Jersey i was drivin home from my GF's house when i see lights flashini behind me and then i see this midnight blue 03 tiburon speed past me i think it was the v6 version so it must have been an 03...anyway he get ahead of me and starts flashin his hazars as of 2 say i beat u still i wasnt lookin for trouble so as he slowed down to gloat i guess i drove past him then he spead past me again fashin his lights and yellin out the window as was his wanna be friend at this point fine u wanna bust ball$ but dont start yellin profanaties at me so i then hit the gas and the CAI was screamin he hit the gas as soon as i did almost but non the less i got him when then both came to a toll and he proceeded to start talkin smack like nice family sedan and wanna be sports car...stuff like that i than yelled back if anyone knows anything about wanna be's its u.....i than spead away towards my exit and he couldnt catch up.....my point is i hate wanna be's i wasnt lookin fro trouble but i guess he found some not passin judement on his car but please.................i dont see anything special about the tiburon....maybe its just me.....but i loved the fact that he couldnt catch up............. :bigun2: :bigun2:

If it was an RSX it wouldn't be a V6 and it still would have had a better chance... Also a Acura owner probably wouldn't diss another Acura owner, though it happens here sometimes.

Funny, about a month ago I saw a CRX racing a Tiburon, needless to say, the CRX toasted it. Asked the CRX driver about his car, he claims to have a B18 (Integra GS-R motor). Now thats about 1900 pounds with 170 hp (probably more with some headers, intake and proper exhaust and a Hondata chip). The Tiburon is fairly heavy (3000 pounds, about the weight of the last Preludes) and has 170 hp in the V6 version.

1900 lbs w/ at LEAST 170 hp

3000 lbs w/ 170 hp

Gee.. who is going to win?

Slap a turbo on that CRX and you can race the big boys.
