w or w/o a Spoiler?
I know someone already asked this question, but please tell me one more time.Do you think our TLs is looks better with or without the spoiler?Someone told me it is not a good idea to put a spoiler on the white car, because of the rust. What about oem kit w/o a spoiler.

Me too. I actaully have a West Wing flush mount spoiler but have yet to put it on. Still debating......for like 7 months now
Once I drill the holes, theres no turning back.

I think it depends on what type of look your going for. IMO, the spoiler makes the TL much sportier. I have a spoiler on my car, but it's cause the color combination I wanted was only available with a spoiler.
If I had my choice, I would have rather gone with a body kit and no spoiler. Much cleaner, especially with the WDP I have.

Get the OEM spoiler, it looks really nice with one.
A good second choice is the body kit without the spoiler.
But don't just get the car without either the body kit or spoiler, it looks naked.
There are plenty of pictures of cars with various appurtenances on them on this site, just decide which you like best or if plain vanilla is more your style - it's your car after all, make it look the way you want.

I can't believe there is so many people without spoiler. I'm sorry guys but it looks plain ugly. That is not just my opinion IT does not look good. About clean look, who came up with that term. That makes no sense. Spolier all the way.
No spoiler = :yack:
Spoiler + body kit = :wow:

think about it like this...the majority of the TL population, like nationwide would never see the point to add a spoiler or a body kit...the car is better w/an OEM spoiler because Honda engineers probably spent a lot of time designing one...That's why I feel it is the best one, the factory knows what's best looks wise...Another example would be the body kit...People are saying, no kit club cuz they really dont know what it looks like in person...The OEM kit is the best again...just ride around w/no spoiler or no body kit and mud guards and you'll fit in with the rest of the TL population nicely...Shyne

There's no right answer; it depends on your sense of aesthetics. Some cars look better with it and others without. I agree with fahoumh and it may also depend on the car's colour.
I prefer my TL to look like the elegant sedan it is and so I don't have a rear spoiler. Others see their TL differently and choose to embellish it with additional body parts. To each his own; choose what makes you happier with your TL.
BTW, initialD you're a fellow Montrealer ... you may remember what used to be en vogue in Montreal many many years ago... purple Plymouth Dusters with jacked-up leaf-springs, day-glo orange underbodies, and steel wire and pin hood locks. If cars have feelings, those were embarrassed Dusters. :p

I'm apart of the bodykit + no spoiler club!!! Well, sorta.
Yeah so um....I just like the look of our cars WITHOUT a spoiler, because it keeps the lines flowing smooth, and also because nowadays it's different. Mad people around here have a spoiler on EVERYTHING.
Although even with the spoiler TL's still look good, so it's a win-win situation either way.

I love my TL, however the back end looks quite plain without the spoiler and with the spoiler looks awesome. The spoiler makes all the difference. As Shyne says, most TLs do not have a spoiler.
