Voltage Stabilizer???

Does anyone know or have info regarding the benefits and performance gains if any of voltage stabilizers, and exactly how it works? Check out the links below for voltage stabilizer product.

What this actually is, is a Hyperground kit. What it does is grounds electronics in the car, so that there is very little strain on your charging system (battery, alternator, etc.).

For instance, when you come up to a traffic light, in order for your car to cut down on power, you will notice that your headlights dim a bit. When using this kit, you will not experience this, as it grounds the system, and draws out less power then needed, which essentially helps your electrical system function more efficiently...

I think that's correct, but I might be full of shit...anyone else?
