Sorry if this has been posted already but I'm a little confused with the whole auto start situation (lock,unlock,lock) & our cars...I'm looking to get an auto starter (no alarm) installed before I go back up to school where it's f'in freezin (Albany, NY).

The Viper 561R is $60 plus $100 to install plus additional parts required to 'bypass' (integrate) the factory alarm (This is at Circuit City---I know it's not the best option as they are dumb but I'm willing to take the risk for a cheap price)

1) Around how much are these additional "integration" parts gonna cost me?
2) How are they gonna set my system up with my stock remote & aftermarket remote? I want to be able to autostart with the aftermarket remote because I need the Long Range! However, It would be nice to still have my stock remote for lock/unlock, trunk & panic button!

i just got a quote from best buy. 60 bucks for the bypass and all the misc. parts needed to install the viper 771xvr. Best Buy is better for sure. They have computer systems at the stores near me when you can just go up to it and type in your car and the product you want and it will print your out a quote of all required products and fees needed for install. For me its $464 to install full secuirty system, w/ autostart, and installation.
