Videos: 02 TL Type S with stock and with Apexi WSII exhausts
I just got my new Apexi WSII exhaust. First I'll post up a video of my 2002 Type S that's almost completely stock. All it has is the Injen intake on it. It'll probably take me about a week to get the exhaust on and a video up, so bear with me on that.
First, here's the stock exhaust video:

Here's my new exhaust just waiting to be put on.
Again, bear with me on the new exhaust. I hope to get it on soon.

Gotta love the HUGE box they ship it in... I felt like it was Christmas all over again when I received mine. The install is quite easy, but having a second set of hands while bolting it on will make it much easier.

Ok....I had some time after work today and got this on. The three bolts by the cat were a pain in the rear to break loose, but I finally got it. I think it might be sitting just a shade uneven, but for now I just don't care. I have it on, and after it settles in I'll try and fix that.
The video's did not come out nearly as good as this exhaust sounds. I tried my best to capture how deep it is, but to no avail. Sorry guys. Anyway, here are a couple clips. The first is basically the same type of thing as the video for the stock exhaust. The second is just me idling and giving it a little gas, as it's very deep in the low rpm range.

I still say it was well worth it. It really does sound much better and deeper in person.

Well this is coming from a guy who used to have exhaust systems that set off every car alarm in a parking garage.

Damn that sounds good...how much louder is it inside of the car? I like the vault-like silence I drive in now, but after taking my mildly modded '89 Civic out for a spin for the first time in 2 weeks, I kind of miss the sound.

I wish I had picked up this exhaust when that awful website with the cars (the name isn't coming to me right now) had it for $330 shipped. I am still holding out for the Tanabe exhaust once I get my suspension and everything else in order.

Hey guys new to the forum, I wanted to know where can I buy Apexi WSII for my TL. I went to a site that had them and they told me that they might be backordered. Also I have a TL not a Type S, will the Apexi fit?

dont mean to jack your thread but i was jw if anybody has used the apexi ws2 mufflers without the catback? they have them listed on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/APEXI...spagenameZWDVW) and theyre a lot cheaper than the full catback so i was wondering if it would be a bad idea to get the ws2 like this and not as the full catback
