Question Vibration at D4 mode

Hello, I come from Hong Kong. My car is Inspire 25V.
Recently, my car has a shock (vibration) when i pull to D4 from P mode in the morning (but this is not happen everytimes). It also sometimes happen when I park my car, R -> N -> D4.
the engine mount was replaced a new one for the Left and back.
another 2 engine mounts have a little crack and the garage techican told me that it doesn't have to replace yet.

So, is it the transmission problem or engine mount issue?
Please comment and advise.
Thanks!!!!!

the engine mounts are binding, causing the vibration when shifting. Tell the technician to neutralize the engine, this can be done by loosing the mounts to finger tightness, then trun of the car, shift the car back and forth between the gears and then put in park and tighten the mounts to specs.
