Question Very Strange?!

I'm not sure what exactly is going on but everytime i turn my engine off, leaving the keys in the ignition and turning off my system, which is 2jl12w3v2 and phoenix gold 500.2 amp, if i open and close the drivers door, immediately the door closes, there is a thump of bass from the subs, its not super loud, but obviously enough for me to feel. but when i take the keys out of the ignition and open and close the drivers door, nothing unusual happens, what could this be? Is this bad? if so, whats the solution?

Also, very often when the thermostat is turned all the way down, the side airbag light will come on and off randomly in short intervals. In addition to the light flickering, the CD player reads discs much quicker, that is, there is shorter delay when playing CD's. When the heat is on high or above 73, the CD player sucks again and the side airbag light comes on maybe once if it comes on at all.

Now i dont know what is going on, but i hope its something too electrically involved. If anyone has had this happen to them, please post what you did to fix it. I took it to my dealer and he said that it isnt covered under warranty, i have 65k on it.
