A very bad sound
well it seems my 99 tans is bullet proof but something in my engine wasn't. i dont know yet what it is but there is a noise in the drivers side of the head. when i come to a stop the rpm drop car dies.
i am thinking i bent a valve or got something fucked cause my oil was fucking low.
granted my fucked up mind didnt bother to check my oil and just let it go till now i am sure i bent or fucked something cause
so today i wilol be having my buddy and i look at it and decied if we r gona pull the motor and rebuild it or not
i was hopping to make the 300k since i 300 miles from it but doesnt seem that way

How can you Bent a Valve becouse of that?
Low Oil could be Gasket Leaks or Pan Oil Leak making the Valves Noisey from Low Oil.. Never heard of Bent Valves becouse of Low Oil More than Binding Bearings in the Crankshaft.

If you're experiencing drivability issues along with the presence of misfire codes only, I'd run a compression check and see what numbers you pull. I've known these motors to be bad at scoring crank bearings when oil levels get too low but that's normally accompanied by a screetching sound that runs in sync with the engines RPM level.
Is the check engine light even on?

its deff a compression issue cause the care dies when comes to a stop didnt pull the codes today due to my buddy forgot his reader but will figure it out

You put how much oil in it? and it reads full now?
that might have been 2-3 qts low...ooopps
Note: make sure throttle is wide open for compression testing for accurate results
Usually you have to break a timing belt to bend a valve= valve stays open, piston comes up and rams it
BUT
if an exhaust valve were way loose--maybe never adjusted in 299,700 miles
it could, if there were also lots of piston carbon buildup raising its overall height,
make contact and bend the valve stem and or edge
that alone wont cause it to stall- but should put it in LIMP MODE where it wont rev over 3000 and trip the CEL
We NEED CODES
ever clean the egr system?- that can cause stalling
ignition key electric part replaced in last 5 years?
Oil Useage: does it use much oil normally/recently,,miles since last oil change?
the amount between full and low is 1 qt, it can burn that in 7500 miles if you are hard on the car
There has been a recent problem of clogged PCV valve forcing oil out the engine rear main seal,,inspection cover under trans/engine connection
remove PCV from rear valve cover and shake- ball must move freely or no good

ck coolant level in rad and res bottle, make sure hose inside res cap is on secure
should have used some coolant trying to compensate for lack of cooling oil
or low coolant prob caused oil use
