it comes with tape and glue
just glue them to your headlight after you got them painted

i looked at that website but i still can't figure it out...what exactly are eyelids?

They cover a little top portion of your headlights, giving your car a slightly new look......just a rice mod that I want.......

hzm,

on the "other" acura site sum guy is selling value style eyelids for $100 shipped. they are made of fiberglass i think he said. check the forsale forum over there.

no... they dont make them for the '03. those will have to be custom made.
