in the US?

is the tl-s made in the USA or some other country? like where is it manufactured? is it shipped from some other country? or is it made in the US?

Most of the parts are US-made (80% I believe) and final assembly is in the US.

I wouldn't say it's born in the USA. The Drivetrain is made in Japan I believe, then it's put together in the good ole' USA(Squeek here, squeek there).

The TL is made here and the engine is too, but the tranny comes from Japan.

Interesting.....haha...I thought it was made somewhere due to the unfamiliar VIN codes. I thought when it's made in the US it's 1HG? but the TL's don't say that. It's like 19UU... i think.

Only the first digit of the VIN is the country of origin. 1 is for US, J is for Japan, among others.
