UR Crank pully belts

UR Crank pully belts
I have the UR crank pulley and i noticed they show two belts you need to buy K060441 for the alt./ac and then k040425 for the power steering. I dont have the 3 piece set, only the crank pulley so do I need both belts or just one of them?

This is right off of the installation instructions. Assuming Ultra Sc crank pulley (same size pulley as OEM)
New Belt Sizes (The belt sizes used may vary slightly. We recommend the use of Gates brand belts. Belt sizing can vary from belt manufacturer to belt manufacturer)
• Alternator & A/C Belt: Use the stock length belt.
• Power Steering Belt: Use Gates K040425 (43 1/8” or 1095MM)

Why is Josh from Excelarate telling me that if I just buy the crank pulley (which I did) I don't need any belts.. I even ask him twice and he was like ....no dude...only need the belts for the alt and steering pulleys?
