I'd actually like to touch base with you on this...something my dealer said indicates that this could be serious problem...or not, depending on what your dealer says/said.

sorry...any updates on your paint issues?

 

I went to the dealer a few days ago to pick up some touch-up paint for a chip I had around my door handle, but I completely forgot to ask them about the paint imperfections. I plan on going over there some time this week to have them look at it, because I'm finding more and more, mostly when they chip off and show the white primer underneath. In the mean time, I've just waxed over them really well to make sure no water/debris/anything else gets in there.

To tell you the truth, I don't know if fixing them is the right thing to do, because then I'll have a slightly discolored patch over the area where they repaint the imperfection. Unless there's a chance that the paint's going to peel, I'll probably leave it. But I want to take it to the dealer so it's on the record (I've taken pictures, too) in case something happens later.
