I had a bearing go bad on the passenger side intermediate shaft but have not found a place to purchase a replacement. I had found someplace online a few weeks ago asking $160 but did not save it and I have been unable to locate it again. Can anyone suggest a reputable retailer for an intermediate shaft for a 2002 TL type S?

That's a tricky part to find aftermarket support... I would advice you to go OEM for it in any case.

I have an Oem used one. Was good when removed. I don't think they go bad very often. Where are you located?

Even if they don't go bad they can develop play in them. I replaced mine around 120k with a new one when I replaced axles. There was some play in it.

I would recommend just buying new.
