i imagine its just good 'ol regular leather.. i have all of the Lexol leather care wipes and it says on there that they can be used on clothes and shoes and luggage as well as my leather in my car so I would imagine that the reverse is also true. But Lexol is nice for your car, esp. the conditioning wipes.

I use Griots Garage leather care products and Meguiars. http://www.griotsgarage.com/catalog....1006&SKU=11535

I think he is asking if the leather in our cars are dyed or painted in color and if the leather in the seats is vinylized heavily like some other leathers.

I think that our leather is painted, not vat-dyed.

I read somewhere that my 02 TL-P seats are NOT real leather. I've been trying to find where I read it so I could post that info. I'll keep looking.

I use turtle wax for leather interior. it makes the seats super slippery. its fun watching ppl slide around in the back when u make a turn

The leather seats are clearcoated to protect the finish. Any leather cleaner/conditioner will work except Connolly's. That is designed for non-clearcoated leather like in the Rolls Royce and other very high end cars.
