I have never raced one either, but I looked to see if I could find numbers anywhere, here is what i found for a 02 Beetle Turbo S manual:
0-60: 6.7
1/4 Mile: 15 sec. and 90mph
That makes it a little tougher for your TL, but then again I have never raced one, how good is the driver?

Go for it. I never back down from a challenge. If you get beat you get beat. I have faith that you can spank that A$$.

as a matter of fact, you'll get spanked
driver skill/reaction time is not even a factor in a race like this. We're talking about half sec+ difference on the 0-60 and 1/4mi times...unless there's traffic and the VW girl sucks at driving...btw that car handles 3x better

my friend had a turbo one, and it felt really slow, give it a try, it should be a decent race, jut werd how it puts up those numbers, hold on... is the one your racing petrol or deisel, that will make a big difference, if its deisel you should be able to take him
