he probably means that the turbo it self is just 1 part, but you're gonna need all the supporting parts fabricated, since there are no kits for our cars.

you still need a to get yourself the piping since most of those piping you'll have to scrap or cut and reweld to make the specific bends for you.. then you'd need to get yourself a downpipe made and i'd suggest buying some headers so you can use their manifold.. then pair the downpipe to that.. then battery relocation kit... and then some cutting tools so you can fit the pipings for that intercooler.

that piping is not gonna be a direct fit. you are going to have to fit things together just right to get them to work. you also might want to upgrade some of the parts of the kit. just slowly piece together a kit of good products and then get the custom piping done.

lots of cutting in the pipes, bumper and other places on the car. along with that u still need a turbo manifold with that. which will run u more than that kit.

The ebay ad is written in graffiti... very professional.
Are you the guy that was looking for turbos off craigslist?
You can't really go cheap when it comes to FI.
Do it right, or it'll bite you in the ass, but if you must

500 bucks is maybe 1/5'th of what your gonna spend....

theres no such thing as a new $500 effective bolt on turbo system.

That's not a complete kit. Still need all the electronics, exhaust. And a good tune. Xs is know for the welds on the headers cracking. So u would need to strip the chrome off and reweld them than either chrome them or paint them

That is for the 6spds. The auto trans gets in the way of the pipes

There are no "bolt-on kits" available for the TL so you should piece everything together yourself if you want a decent kit.

OP wanted something cheap... I gave him what he wanted.
Get the CTSC like the rest of us, it's pretty good. Throw away that Icebox, make ur own intake (or buy aem/injen) and it sounds quite intimidating.

Well the turbo does give more power than the s/c, but it's personal opinion. When it comes to stop and go traffic, I prefer a s/c. If im on an interstate, I'd like a turbo. It's really up to the OP, low end power or high end.

It looked like the OP wanted a kit for his car and ct is the only company that makes a kit for our TLs.

OK I guess I will chime in. I own a turbocharged civic that I designed myself (the setup is not a kit, rather parts that I chose for certain purposes).

DON"T cheap out when you look into forced induction. Most of the cheap kits will just give you problems, and will force you to rebuy parts becuase the ones they gave you fail. Most are made by xspower, ssautochrome, etc. Basically its the same company changing names to keep running away from a terrible product (don't beleive here is a quick google search http://www.google.com/search?source=...&aq=f&oq=&aqi=). Every once in a while you hear about one of the setups lasting a while, but then there are 10 others where the compressor housing splits in half or the manifold break leaving your turbo hanging from the oil lines. If this is your cup of tea, by all means.

If you are serious about wanting to boost then message me. I'm no professional but I have done alot of research on boosting. It's going to be pricey though.

u can run a fmi with a sc. just no kit out their is space is limited for pipes. i was surprised that my cl had more free space behind the bumper support than my tl did. + for me

Lol I know what you mean, up here in Nor Cal its dark and still 95 outside but we also dip down to the high 40's so i'll keep my heater Lol

We go from 114 summers to 40 winters, its BS!

Is that a good idea? will the HP gains be woth the time and money?

Well the CL-S front end has alittle more of a point to it and the TL-S is alittle rounder but not by much. When it comes to mod'n a car tho an extra few inch's of space can go along way

it will lower the air inlet temp which will add some more power.
