I would do a 1x3 on the ATF. Maybe a 3x3 depending on condition.

SeaFoam treatment is always good BEFORE new spark plugs. It won't hurt the new ones, but it's just nice to have clean plugs going into cleaned engine.

He means drain and fill the transmission with 3 quarts 3 times. This is to get as much old fluid out as possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A SHOP FOR A FLUSH!!!!!! They use a machine to "flush" the transmission but more often than not it will cause problems up to and including transmission failure.

When you do the 3x3, you drain the transmission, fill with 3 quarts, drive the car around for 5-10 minutes, repeat. Do this three times, hence 3x3. Make sure you use OEM fluid (ATFZ-1 or the new fluid DW-1) from the dealer. Try a Honda dealer as they sometimes have the same fluid a little cheaper than the Acura dealer.

That can be true. If you have not changed your in over 100k, it can damage the car.

air filter, in cabin filters, check power steering fluid and brake fluid color, look for wear on your belts, seafoam the oil gas and the intake manifold and clean the throttle body, clean EGR and check the PCV and replace if needed.

was the `105`kmiles = timing belt water/pump job replacement done?
how did the coolant look- that will tell you quickly,, as it gets replaced with that service!
was it 10 years old or 2-3?

you can do seafoam at 1 16ounce can to just under a half tank of gas,,twice
,,and spray carb cleaner on the TB air inlet plate (see diy),,if you have concerns over the intake manifold vac port method for seafoam ,,
twice in the gas as described- gets all the same things plus more!
that stuff is tune up in a can!!
