I was looking on ebay for a tsudo exhaust and saw that there really wasnt much except for ones you would have to weld on. What I did see was ones for the 3rd gen tl (bolt on). Would the tsudo made for the 3rd gen fit the 2nd gen tl-p?

The very first listing on ebay was $280 obo, said it was for the base TL and in the bullet points the last one said bolted right up. I have the Tsudo Axle-Back Mufflers and love them, highly recommend them!
