TSB Oil jet install

How long does the oil jet install take?
Pending no other problems with the tranny. Just got the letter.

Thanks

the new tranny has the oil jet built in. previous trannies didnt so the insert a littel tube with a hole in it to spray the upper part of the 2nd gear shaft to help lube and cool it

Took me about an hour. I have a tranny fluid cooler and they "T"ed the oil jet into the rubber piping that i put it clamping the rubber hose to the oil jet. In other words, the oil jet is completly useless... I will try and take some pics tomarrow...

if they used teh "t" that comes with the kit, and the cooler is hooked up to those lines nothing is usless. i have the same set up and mine works just fine. those are pressure lines and fluid is pumped hard enought to go to the jet kit and to teh cooler also
