Trunk Mount CD Changer

I have a question, I have been thinking of mounting a CD changer in the trunk. Either the Stock Acura or and after market one that will work. If after market please let me know the brand and model number. I basically want to Play CDR's but I don't want to open up the Dash to change the head unit too much work. Is the trunk pre-wired or do I have to run the wire from the head unit. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is what I did cuz I felt the same way. I wasn't sure if the Acura CD changer was going to play CDR's either but didn't really care. This is what I got and made a custom slot using the existing slot for the cd changer in the trunk. I didn't want to mount it on the top of the trunk in case I had something big to put in there and don't want anyone seeing what I have when I open it either! This changer from Sony plays all your CD-R's & MP3's!!! PLUS, it's a 10 disc as opposed to the stock which is only 6:
