Post is it true that Comptech springs will lower the car unevenly?

it seems like some people are saying that it will result in the rake effect. The front will seem like it's lowered more than the rear. True or myth?

yes, the front is lowered about 2 inches a bit less perhaps and rear is barely lowered... 1/2 and inch to inch most... this is so when you put people in the back... your car doesn't turn hoopty on you and the rear is now lower than the front... so it's actually pretty smart... prevents rubbing as well... if you ask me... i'd rather 2 all around... i barely put people in the back... and eibach springs are just too low

My Comptech Springs are also uneven, the back is defintely higher than the front, which I don't like but I'm not about to cut them or anything.
I love the ride but I wish the back could go about 1/2" lower, just so it looks even.

Are you talking about wheel gap or actual height off the ground? Maybe I was high, but when I looked at my bare bones stock car from the side it looks like the rear wheel gap is smaller than the front. So my guess is that the Comptech springs are just compensating for that, but maybe not totally evening out the front and rear wheel gap.

i am talking about the acutal hight off the ground. On a stock TL the car sits perfectly level on the ground, meaning that the very bottom of the front of the car sits the same hight as the rear does. In other words, the whole car should be parallel to the ground. After you lower it with comptech, the front will sit lower than the rear, thus results in unevenly drop.

Would installing the comptech springsa cause any extra wear on the suspension parts??? Cuz I know when my cousin installed coil overs on his Civic Si his bearings wore out quickly. Also, would installing comptech springs void your suspension warranty???

but when I look at my car (stock suspension), the front seems to have more wheel gap than the rear, I have nothing in my trunk except some bottled water, so I think it's reasonable that the front springs are shorter.
