So I'm browsing thru website at performance and appearance mods and there's an advertisement I see about an ecu chip for our car, for any for actually, and it says it can add up to 60 hp I'm guess that's with mods added to it. But is it possible to add hp even without having mods ? Or hp at all for that matter?
