Trip Reset Backlight
Okay, does the trip reset button light up when the lights are on?
Sorry for the dumb question I just can't remember and the d@mn thing is out at only 65k miles, WTF?
Thanks

That whole section of lights (outside temp/mileage/trip A/B) and Sport shift gear light and clock light went out. I'm at 47k miles
It's covered under warranty... Just got it back today.
I hope you dont go through what I went through to get the lights fixed.
If you have the time, check it out yourself. there's three screw on bulbs that go into the gauge panel. To get the front dash out just unscrew the two screws under the top of the dash. Next gently pullout starting from the top. The left air vent may be the biggest obstacle other than getting your fingers inside to disconnecting the wire connectors.
The gauge panel is connected by four screws in the front and three wire connectors in the back. Once you get the panel out you'll see the three bulbs (red plastic). you might want to swap other light bulbs to see if they work in that area. If so just get replacement bulbs. If not then take it in - you may have a problem with the gauge circuit board.
good luck!

If you do attempt to check it yourself, pop off the top plastic cover
on the steering column. You won't want to scratch that piece. Plus you'll need some room there while you are slipping the front dash out
