I used some turtle wax bug and tar remover w/ tree sap remover. A can of it is only like $5.

I used clay bar on the paint and the glass and it worked fine.

cement

goo gone works well also. anyone happen to know how to get cement off my paint? they were doing some construction in my garage and theres a few streaks of the stuff. i tried with my nail and it came out slightly but dont want to lose my fingers over that. afraid to scrub it off too! wd-40 didn't work cuz it's not greasy. any suggestions would be appreciated!

I use clay for tree sap. Others mentioned should work too. Goo gone works great on shoe scufs on the door sill.
For cement, try distilled white vinegar. soak a sponge or something and place it over the cement. Do it a few times and it should start to soften the cement. Then rinse it off with a hose. After that, wash and wax the offending area.

Another vote for automotive Goo Gone. Had a sap problem when I first purchased my car. Clay bar didn't work for me, neither did incessant washing and scrubbing. Goo Gone did the trick.

I too had to apply it a couple of times before it started to come out. Glad it worked for you.

A friend of mine has a tree that spits all kinds of sap all year long. I've had it on both my cars. I just washes off in the touch free car wash. My Jeep is white so I know it all washes right off!
