Questions about my tranny, i have 99,800 miles on my car, when my car is cold i put it in reverse, it goes takes a couples seconds to get in gear goes in very rough but it only happens when it is cold.Is this normal? but it does not do it when i put in drive no matter hot or cold it goes in smooth.

 

yes, normal. all 6 of my trannies did that.

Maybe its not normal and thats why you had 6 trannies ????

 

Mine has never done that....but there is a crappy delay from reverse to drive. That, apparently IS normal for this car.
