How may other people have had transmissions replaced on their TL ?

I have had a new transmission put in my car already and my car in only 9 months old.

 

Why did you have to have it replaced? Must have been pretty serious if they couldnt fix it.

 

Had to have it replaced because they could not fix it. Also the "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" came on and they ran a test on the codes produced causing this light to go on and it told the techs to replace the trans. This is just 1 of a laundry list of problems I have had since I bought my car. My car has been the the shop over 30 days in the last 9 months. What a piece of crap. Had a Nissan Maxima SE for 4 years before this car and had zero problems. Acura is going to replace my car with a new one since my car is a lemon.

 

We are experiencing a lot of the problems others have, but Acura is choosing to ignore us on it, I'm guessing until it locks up....
