So now while im driving around and give it gas the car shakes a little kind of like the engine is moving but not sure. I was wondering if this could be a transmission problem or any idea what it could be?

if you give it gas hard does the transmision downshift or do the revs shoot up
shaking can be motor mount broken- thats a very common problem
How is the trans when shifting from park to drive- does it take a second, or several seconds to engage from N to D5

 

it you give it gas hard the revs shoot up, going from N to D5 seem normal. it doesnt do it all the time just once in a while more if your going up hill. I cant tell if the motor is shaking or not it just feels like it. the car kind of flutters wish it was easier to explain.

If you try light throttle cruising- open safe road- at 25 and 35 mph and stand on the gas in D5
it should make a set of positive downshifts into 2nd and launch
If it revs or doesnt engage right away- 3 guesses~

 

going uphill causes more load in a high gear, or it downshifts and applies more load to the weak 2nd and 3rd gear clutch packs,,, and then slips or revs freely without direct accelleration response

 

what year are you- and current miles
Did you ever get the RECALL for the install of external oil jet kit done?
Are you part of the 7+9month /109 some years get 114k miles trans warranty?
