transmission problem (again)

hey guys.. right now i am running on 00' TL with about 31k miles on it. Ever since about 2-3 months ago, my car started to jerk a lot on gear shifts so i took it in to the dealer when it was about 30k about 2 weeks ago. They told me that it might be doing that because i skipped the tranny fluid change at 15k and they gave me the impression that i didn't take care of the car and they didn't want to take care of the tranny under warranty. I did change the tranny fluid (emptied all of it and replaced it total of about 10qtz) when i was still around 30k. And right now at 31k, the jerking and the shaking while shifting is horrible.

My question is to all the people who had tranny problem and got it replaced at the dealer under waranty. Were they picky too? How bad was the tranny when you replaced it? and do you think skipping 1 tranny fluid change at 15k should kill the tranny at only 30k? Please give me your inputs, thoughts, suggestions, advice or anything. I thank you guys very much in advance.

Well I got my fluid replaced but my tranny still messed up. They were cool about it. It just would not shift out of first gear and it jerked like crazy. Tell them they have to replace it under warenty or talk to the maneger. Its a well known fact. Call the 1-800 acura number.

Yes, just like Asif2002 said. I personally haven't had any problems with my tranny, but I have read quite a few posts about people who have had problems. Almost, if not all, said that the dealer just simply said "ok", and no questions were asked. That dealer that you went to is just trying to cheat you. Either go to another dealer, preferable, or go back and fight with the current dealer.
