Hi,
I am having Transmission problem with my car. Its with the dealer right now. .. I have about 23000 miles on the car and its Acura 3.2 TL Type S 2001.
Is this correct ? If the car has transmission problem and it's over 2% of the invoice cost to repair it ... they will give a new car or something since its only 23000 miles on the car ... and not over 50000 where the warrenty stops ??
Can anyone clear this up ??
Thanks,

Never heard about that before...Usually they will just give you a rebuilt tranny, no questions asked. And I mean no questions! I did read a post about someone on here who got Acura to buy the car back because of a tranny problem. But that might have been because it was an '03 and he had to have 2 trannys put in it :wow:
