Question Traded in my CLS for TLS

I have owned a CLS for almost 2 years now. The other day I went to the dealership and ordered a new 2002 TLS. It is being built on the 19th of December and should be delivered before new years. I have been a member of the CLS site for a long time now and they have always given me great info on my car. I want to know if anyone knows what I should expect diffrence wise between my CLS and new TLS? Thanks

Head over to Acura-CL.com ...they just did a thread where there is a compilation of differences between the CL-S and TL-S. Differences are minor though...nothing earthshattering.

Welcome to the boards

personally i would get the TL-S over the CL-S any day.. the only reason y i see people get teh CL-S is the extra power it provides while there is only a TL-P... Personally i dont like the back of the car at all.... very good choice btw

Congrats and welcome to the other darkside.

About the differences, there are that many.

Do you guys know why the TL-S gets better acceleration numbers than the CL-S (according to both R&T and C&D), I thought the engine was practically the same and isn't the CL lighter? Just curious.

Anyway, resale is probably a bit better for the TL. When I bought my TL-S, they were discounting their CL-S by $3,000 (for the previous year's model).
