Touchup paint question

Hi there. I have been doing a little touch up painting (darn dump trucks) and would like to ask what is the best procedure for smoothing down that little uneven paint surface after the stuff dries. Will a clay bar do anything or does it need more than that? I sure don't want to affect the surrounding area at all, if possible (swirls, etc). Thanks all.

shimbo, Does the langka work with any touchup paint or do you have to buy a kit?

Damnit. Too bad I didn't know about this stuff sooner. My dad chipped the driver side door edge getting out of the car in the garage (within a week of me purchasing it). Its been 2-3 months since I applied it. I wonder if it will smooth out still.
