Lightbulb Top end...Again??

The word is the 'ol TL - S is limited to a high end of 142MPH...Is that what you're finding out on the open road? If it's held back by its inability to push in harder through the wind, could it be improved by folding in both of the rather large outside mirrors?

Yep, a few have said they have gone up to 145 even 150... but who really knows for sure when you are going that fast.

The electronic limiter is supposed to be 149.
Its not because of the wind resistance. That is a nice thought though... the wind noise is pretty loud.

Wind resistance will eventually come into play in limiting speed. There is an electronic speed governor set in the high 140s, but even if that were not there, wind would eventually play a part.
