Tools for rolling fenders

Anyone roll there own fenders? what did you use? I've read a baseball bat ? how the hell do you do that? is it easier to use a hammer or something like that? Im really clueless on this matter. Can anyone help me out? thanks!!

You are right. The shop that rolled my fenders used a baseball bat. Hammer is not recommended since it is easier to crack the paint, and there is not much room in the fender well to use the hammer effectively. With the baseball bat, you roll it between the tire and the fender. The weight of the car will roll the fenders inward.

Cutting the fender is better.

You can rent a Haweka lip roller from the Tire Rack. It is a pretty cool piece of equipment.
