Is This Too Fast?

Hey Guys! I have a G-tech Pro that I bought abot a year ago, and have used on many different cars, like my Turbo Miata, a Z28 Camaro, and an Eclipse GSX, with very accurate figures, but the times I am getting with my TL just arent believable! I just got done installing my CAI and Exhaust and when I was stock, I could pulla best of 6.4 0-60 and 15.1 1/4 when I was gate-shifting. Last night it was about 38 degrees and dry, so I tried it and pulled a 5.7 0-60 and a 14.3 1/4. Now I know my intyake and exhaust didnt give me more than MAYBE 5 horsepower at peak, and trust me, I have a very sensitive butt dyno from my miata What the hell happened to my car?!? And also what kind of gains will I get with headers/tls tb/ur pulley/safc ? Thanks guys!!

Thats way too fast for a TL-P add around a second to that and those should be your numbers. Unless you are running a cat back, i dont see mufflers giving you that much increase.

14.3 is what a TL-S would hope to run with I/H/E. There maybe some sortof calibration problem with your G-Tech Pro. Maybe it doesn't like FWD cars ...

A TL-P with intake + exhaust is def not gonna run 14.3 ... even a 15.1 stock is pretty hard to believe. Take it to the track and see what kindof times you're putting down ... only way to be sure.

The horsepower is really sketchy, I get readings anywhere from 160-215. I'm not sure what to make of this because it worked fine until now, and even gave me some pretty accuratenumbers when I first got my TL. Bigman, I am running a cat back pretty much the same as yours. 1fasttl, I AM very interested, I've had my eye on the OBX headers for almost as long as I've had my car, if you could PM me with all the details on them and shipping costs to 50112, that would be awesome! I did just go to the local 1/8th track last weekend and I ran a 9.63 @ 71.62. When I raced my miata at 4.5 psi I ran about the same time in the eighth and my quarter was about 14.8. I'm not sure if I can post pictures but if I can I'll post the slip.

How much and are they "racing" or standard (polished or not)?
