Tokico Illumina shocks question

I have H&R OE springs, and I am looking to get new shocks. If i get Tokico Illumina shocks, will they lower my car more?

With OE's you probably wont even need shocks. The drop is too subtle and wont make that much difference. But to answer your question they will not lower ur car more.

No. The Tokico's will have no effect on the ride height.

but they will affect greatly how your car handles! i have the same setup and can tell you it is great. make sure to get the illumina's because you will play with the different settings to learn which gives you the best handling.
as for me, i thought that stiffer may be better. but i took a lesson that i want to share. my rear is set a 2, the front is usually 1. this seems to offset the damn understeer effect of FWD. i used to change the front to 3 or 4 during twisties, but it seems the car can do just as well with 1. #2 setting was absolute crap for handling and ride balance. try 1(front) and 2(rear) when you get them and you should be very happy.

I agree. I have my Tokico's set at 2 all around and use a 3 lb spread in tire pressure to even out the push.

Hey Benzo555--
It looks like your tires are pretty tight to the fender...how do you avoid rubbing?
