TL Type-S Lunges at Stoplights
Anyone notice a slight lunge when sitting at stoplights? I noticed that when coming to a stop at stoplights and sitting still that the car will push forward a bit. It doesn't actually roll forward, but you can feel the car's body push.
It's not that noticeable, but after pointing it out, my wife noticed it too. I'm wondering if this is just the car shifting into a low gear while sitting still or if it's something else. Has anyone else noticed this? Just wondering.

It has something to do with A/C. The topic has covered before, so you might want to do a search to get detail information.
Neverthless, it's normal, and you shouldn't worry about it.

as the a/c is activated so is the compressor. because of that the computer will kick up the idle speed and the resulting 'lunge' is what you feel. i've already gotten use to it in my car.
