TL Type S forum....Why?

TL Type S forum....Why?
I don't understand why there is a "General" forum and a "TL Type S" forum when many, many of the topics in the Type S forum are generic and would apply to any TL. Can someone explain?

I am surprised this is such a big issue for you. Why would you even bring this up?
