TL Shaking when Braking...
After spending nearly three hours this morning cleaning my ride, I decided to take the wife out. While driving down the highway I noticed that steering wheel would shake pretty soundly when pressing the brake. This continued anytime I was going above 40mph. I hope this isnt the rotors, anyone experience this?

since the term warped rotors isnt actually the rotor warping, but a build up on them (glazing)

couldn't you get those rotors turned/machined and use them again....i have the same problem and i was planning to get them professionally done at a shop....i think they are only like 10 bucks per rotor...!
1) Most cases it's warped rotors;
2) Alignment out of wack;
3) lugs might not be fully tightened as flydog said.
Installing the rotors yourself isn't super hard...here happens to be a DIY guide

If you drove the car before washing it, and the rotors were hot/warm when they got wet, that can easily lead to rotor warping. Try doing a couple of full-on panic stops somewhere you aren't likely to get rear ended and see if that solves it.

Just watch when they get resurfaced. You'll see how they look when they're spinning on the machine. Mine were warped so I replaced the rotors. But I feel it coming back again so now I'm thinking maybe the caliper is touching them as they spin and deforming them.
So maybe I'll hit up the caliper next.

Have the rotors resurfaced first, here it costs $10 a rotor if you do the labor.
I bought my 2003 TL-S in Sept 05 and i only put 4,000 miles on mine and i just had the front rotors resurfaced by the dealer. i had the same issue, pulsating in the wheel. The dealer normally charges $199 an axle for resurfacing ( which is total bullshit) rotors but they did mine for free seeing i only put 4k miles on the car in 7 months.
if you pull the rotors you might want to think about changing the pads because you already have it apart.

As was stated the OEM rotors have a tendency to warp. Resurfacing them will get you by for a time but the rotors will warp again. You should just change them out for some Brembo Blanks if you are looking for a good rotor but not necessarily a high performance rotor. If you want a slotted rotor check out the ROTORA slotted rotors: https://acurazine.com/forums/sponsored-sales-group-buys-10/rotora-slotted-drilled-slotted-rotors-special-cl-tl-tsx-324531/
