Tl-s---------->x5
I am leaving this board. You guys and gals had been great. I just need a bigger car. I had traded my TL-S for the X5. The X5 had Sport package, premium package, Xenon headlights, navigation system and CD-changer. It is bigger (obivously) and my baby like it. She won't be hitting the roof anymore. Nice to meet you all and best wishes.

Thanks. I just need to change the signature though.
Mine is a X5 3.0, with steptronic, sport package, premium package, climate package, Xenon headlights, navigation, and cd- changer.
The ride is great. The wheel is the 18 inched one. It is just big. It is a silver color with gray leather.
I'll stick around. Oh, it is the 2001 model. The dealer had tons in stock.

There was a promo for $599 a month for an X5 4.4 ('01)..it lasted about 5 days...They sold most of them at this point...$599 is with no money down, plus tax, 10k miles/year..it's not a loaded truck though, about $54,000 MSRP..

Hope you have fun with it. I've had so much problems with my 3.0i, but believe it or not I'm returning it after the lease and buying the 4.4i. It's addicting when you have that much stablility in such a big car.

I looked into the MDX, too. Dealer had added too many package on it, wheel locks ($89), fabric protection package ($699), running board ($1295
), and lo-jack ($695). Insurance for MDX and X5 are the same. Lo-jack will only lower the premium by 3%. And MDX doesn't have Xenon headlights (on a $41K vehicle
).
And the sales are too pushy and try to tell me not to wait for the 2002, etc, etc, etc.
