TL-S, s2000 or WRX?
I am having a tough time figuring out what I want to purchase in the next couple of months. I love everything about the s2000 except the size. The TL-S is very nice but it does not stir up the same emotions for me as the s2k. Certainly more practicle maybe a new addition to the family (first one) next year. TL-S might come in handy. WRX takes a little warming up to the car (styling) but it can certainly run with the big boys. 4WD great for winters here in Louisville. Biggest hang up with this car is that it is not a Honda. What should I do?

WRX = Decent car, good performance, but totally overpriced!!! Lack of space and equipments.
S2000 = Nice car, handles great, open-top fun, but lack of torque will make city-driving tough. Great track car and/or weekend toy, but not so practical as a daily driver.
TL-S = Great performance for the size, best bang for the buck on the market. Though some fit/finish leaves much to be desired...
Go for TL-S, you would be happier..

I will go for the TLS. It has a lot of options and very roomy. I agree with you that the S2000 is fun, but it is two seater. As for the WRX, why bother, the thing is f*cking ugly.

I have to agree with "R man". My 94 GSR made all of its power at 6000 RPM and above and you just don't find enough opportunites to play with it in town. I tried hard though
I enjoy the TL/TL-S engine much better.

You certainly aren't sticking to one automotive class, are you? These three cars are totally different; the roadster, the rally car and the luxury sport sedan.
The S2000 is definately a fair-weather car. Super high-revving means you will seldom realize the car's potential. There is something unnatural about having to redline your car during daily driving.
The WRX is a nice car at an afordable price. If I had only $24,000 to spend, the WRX might be my top choice. The problem is, it has no leather seats, no nav, and a cheesy interior on the whole.
The TL-S is for the guy (or gal) who has +$32,000 to spend, and wants both luxury and performance. It is a bit of a compromise in both catagories compared to the competition in its class, but it seems to strike the right balance.
