Thanks to Jon (aka oblio98) over at Honda-Acura.net for sending me these scans. He told me larger scans are on the way, if you want to see what those descriptions are... but 6.5 mbs each.

To me, there is no nicer car on the road today. I particularly like the fact that Acura has modified the car somewhat, but not drastically so as to tamper too much with what I believe is a killer design. If the TL-S isn't too much, it's the route I'm going in a few months (pending availability, of course).
Thanks for the scans.

Yeah, my dealership handed that too me a while ago when they got them. When I saw that I started considering the TL-S even more.... Now I've pretty much decided on it. Bad news is I found out my insurance will be higher in a TL-S than a CL-S. In any event, I can't wait..... I hope I get to transition before October when my lease ends, but if I have to, I can wait.

Jon sent me a readable version of page 4 of the brochure. It's around 500k, so it'll take a while if you aren't on broadband. Linking to it in case any of you are on dialup, don't want you waiting forever.

Peak Performance at the Height of Luxury.
The 2002 Acura 3.2 TL lets you enjoy sports-sedan performance in sumptuous comfort. And the new TL Type-S takes that performance to a whole new level. Its smooth and precise 3.2-liter, 24-valve V-6 produces a scintillating 260 horsepower. Both versions offer the choice of hands-on or fully automatic shifting, thanks to the innovative 5-speed Sequential SportShift transmission. And the Type-S adds the enhanced control of the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system to the razor-sharp handling provided by the race-bred, fully independent double-wishbone suspension.
Inside, five passengers can savor all the tappings of power and luxury. The TL seats are trimmed in supple leather, and the Type-S offers sporty perforated leather as well as metallic-faced gauges. The standard automatic climate control system always provides the perfect environment while you listen to the premium Acura/Bose Music System with its 6-disc in-dash CD changer. The list of features is seemingly endless, from the sunglass holder and the auxiliary power outlets to the steering wheel-mounted cruise-control and audio switches.

225 hp for the TL; 260 hp for the TL Type-S

Yeesssss!!! thank you for the pics. I love that higher pic of the Agean blue. It makes the grill & lights look very in line w/ the lines of the car. I agree w/hagerc1. It is such a classy, sexy, good looking, LUXURY car that has some performance to it! I want one......have to wait awhile & see what the dealer will do for a trade in!

Thanks for the posts of the brochure. It looks like Acura has improved on the TL. I do like the new front end, it looks more aggressive. I especially like the new headlights without the diffuser on the Xenons. Love the really bright look of it.
