TL -S 17" Spare?

Is it worth getting a full size 17" spare? I drive a lot around new construction and get nails stuck in my tires.

Where would be agood buy be?

Would it even fit, diameter-wise and height-wise? I would think it would at least be too high and cause a bump in the middle of the trunk.

A full size tire won't fit in the spare tire compartment. If you don't use your trunk I guess you could leave one in there.
